The production process for the EX30 has been optimised for higher material utilisation in stamped body parts, and we’re using blockchain technology to trace critical raw materials like lithium, manganese, cobalt, graphite, and nickel in the battery packs.

Inside the Volvo EX30, you can find a variety of eco-friendly materials for seats, dashboards, and doors, including denim, flax, and a wool blend with about 70% recycled polyester.
