Evri is committed to continuous improvement in our sustainability efforts. Our plans include further expanding our electric vehicle fleet, optimizing delivery routes to reduce mileage, investing in renewable energy sources for our facilities, and exploring innovative sustainable packaging solutions.
While we are actively working on reducing our direct emissions, we are also exploring options for carbon offsetting programs to provide customers with a way to further mitigate the environmental impact of their shipments. Any such programs will be clearly communicated to our users.
By choosing to drop off or collect your parcels from our ParcelShops and Lockers, you help consolidate delivery stops, reducing the number of individual journeys our couriers need to make, which in turn lowers overall emissions.
Evri is incorporating a range of alternative fuel vehicles into our fleet, including electric-powered vans and cars, vehicles running on bio-compressed natural gas (bio-CNG), and vehicles using Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), which is a more sustainable diesel alternative. We are also utilizing e-cargo bikes for deliveries in urban areas.
Evri encourages customers to use sustainable packaging materials, such as recycled cardboard and biodegradable packing peanuts. While we don’t directly provide packaging to senders, we are exploring partnerships and guidance to promote eco-friendly packaging choices.
New and upgraded Evri hubs and depots are being designed with energy efficiency in mind, incorporating features such as smart lighting, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, and, where feasible, the use of renewable energy sources like solar panels.

You can contribute by consolidating multiple items into fewer shipments, choosing a ParcelShop or Locker drop-off/collection (which reduces the number of individual delivery journeys), and ensuring your packaging is appropriately sized and uses recycled or recyclable materials.
