Yes, full tracking is included with all Evri deliveries. Once your parcel is collected or dropped off, you’ll receive a tracking number that you and the recipient can use to follow its journey online or via our app.
While our standard and Next Day services aim for delivery within a specific timeframe, we don’t currently offer the option to schedule an exact delivery date. However, the recipient will receive a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery.
If the recipient isn’t home, our courier will attempt to deliver the parcel up to three times. After three unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be taken to the nearest ParcelShop for the recipient to collect. We’ll leave a calling card with details.
While Evri doesn’t currently offer a dedicated gift message service, you can always include a handwritten card or note inside your gift packaging.
