Returning with Evri is easy! First, find your retailer on our returns portal. Then, choose your preferred return method: drop off at one of our thousands of ParcelShops or Lockers, or book a courier collection from your home or work. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your label (if required) and complete the process.
Not always. While you’ll need to print a label for Locker returns and courier collections, many ParcelShops offer a “Print in ParcelShop” service. You’ll receive a QR code or authorisation code via email, which you can use at the ParcelShop device to print your label.

Typically, you’ll need your order reference number, the email address you used for the order, and the reason for the return. Some retailers may also require you to specify the item(s) you are returning.
Whether or not returns are free depends on the specific retailer’s return policy. If your return is free, you often don’t even need to book online for ParcelShop drop-off – just use the Print in ParcelShop device.
You can find your nearest ParcelShop or Locker using the “Find a ParcelShop” and “Find a Locker” tools on our returns portal. Simply enter your postcode or location to see the closest options.
After finding your retailer and selecting the courier collection method, you’ll be prompted to enter your collection address and preferred collection date. You’ll need to print the returns label at home for courier collections.
The transit time for returned parcels can vary depending on the retailer and the chosen return method. However, once your parcel is with Evri and scanned, you can track its progress through our tracking tool.
Once your return label is generated and Evri scans your parcel, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel’s journey on our website or app.
If you miss your scheduled courier collection, you’ll usually need to reschedule it through your Evri account or by contacting our customer service team. Please note that there might be a charge for missed collections or rescheduling.
